Starting in France and advancing through the restaurant ranks, my journey led me from server to manager across various cities. In Chicago, I became a general manager, enhancing team efficiency with my organizational skills. My path then took me through New York and finally to the Bay Area, focusing on operations and POS system management.

The pandemic brought challenges, pivoting to maintain operations and adopting new POS technologies. This period honed my skills in standardizing procedures across multiple venues, solidifying my role in training and system implementation.

With the arrival of my first child in 2022, I shifted to a role that leverages my technical expertise and operational background. Now, I aim to use my extensive experience to assist other businesses in Northern California, streamlining their processes and improving customer and team experiences.
